Carol leads Claims and Claims Technical Services for FBG. Since joining FBG in 2014, she has built a seasoned team of claims experts with extensive experience administering self-funded and fully insured benefit plans, including large and small self-funded PPO plans, limited medical, disability, and life claims. In addition to her role championing operational excellence, Carol also serves as an expert in group health compliance. Carol has over 30 years of leadership experience in group health and TPA operations, spanning claims, customer service, administration, client reporting, stop loss, and technical operations. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
