Christie leads the American Worker Client Service team. She built and oversees an experienced account management team that is focused on providing the best service and experience to our clients. Her role spans effective leadership, team development, and growth while delivering the full scope of Account Management services to clients, partnering with brokers and agents, and ensuring successful renewal experiences for both internal teams and external clients. Prior to FBG, Christie held several senior Client Service roles, including VP of Client Services at Willis Re and VP of Claims at Republic Western Insurance Company. With wide experience in insurance, reinsurance, and health insurance, Christie brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to ensuring our clients are the focal point in all the services provided by FBG.
