Mark leads the Government Markets Client Services team for The Contractors Plan, overseeing service delivery, compliance, and client strategy for organizations subject to the Service Contract and Davis-Bacon Acts. With a background in health and ancillary insurance and other verticals, Mark has held leadership roles at The Standard, Kaiser Permanente, Riverlake Partners, and Omega Morgan in acquisitions, business development, go to market strategies, and organizational development. He is committed to delivering client-focused solutions and believes that every individual brings unique value to every engagement. Mark attended university both in Canada at the University of Alberta and Benedictine University in Chicago. He is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing hockey, soccer, skiing, and surfing.
