Ron is responsible for the interactions of members and providers with Fringe Benefit Group. Ron has been in the insurance and retirement industries for almost 40 years with Principal Financial Group, Farm Bureau, Conseco, and World Insurance. Those companies benefited greatly from Ron's tenacity and focus on continual process improvement. A natural leader and motivator, Ron has been an innovative problem solver with new product implementations, streamlining implementations, software design, and merger/acquisitions. Ron earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Doane University.
