As Director of Broker Services at Fringe Benefit Group, Teri is responsible for overseeing the broker onboarding process, working closely with our carrier partners to appoint and manage ongoing compliance requirements. Her team is a key point of contact for all questions related to broker support. She also plays a key role in the client onboarding process working with our sales, operations, and other internal teams. Teri began working for Fringe Benefit Group in 1991 as an administrative assistant and has worked her way through various roles in her 35 years at Fringe Benefit Group. She grew up in the Austin area, a true born and raised Texan. She enjoys spending time with her family, fishing on the Texas coast and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
