Jenny leads Fringe Benefit Group's Retirement Markets division, overseeing both the development and delivery of the company's retirement product suite, including the client services and operations teams. She manages strategy, product innovation, and client experience across a growing portfolio of retirement solutions tailored to government contractors and hourly workforces. Jenny plays a key role in aligning product development with regulatory changes, market needs, and long-term business goals, while ensuring service excellence across all client interactions. Before joining FBG, Jenny had a lengthy career at T. Rowe Price, serving in multiple retirement focused roles across client services, IT, product development, and market research. She brings deep expertise in retirement product strategy and client operations, along with a strong focus on delivering value through integrated, client-centered solutions. Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Towson University, a Master's degree in Marketing from Baker College, and is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist.
