Travis became President/CEO of Fringe Benefit Group, the parent company of The Contractors Plan and The American Worker brands, in 1998. He led the firm through a dramatic expansion that has positioned Fringe Benefit Group as the industry leader in the design, implementation and administration of benefit plans for government contractors and the variable-hour workforce. In 2023, Travis transitioned to CEO/Director, where he works closely with the company's executive team to guide the company's strategic vision and major initiatives.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics from Washington & Lee University and received his MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
